Registration is now open for the annual 2018 NCONA Annual Conference.
This year's theme is "Advancing Patient Navigation in Challenging Times." Speakers will facilitate presentations that address the financial toxicity of cancer care, keeping patients out of the Emergency Department, transitioning patients back to their primary care provider, and how to demonstrate the difference your role makes each and every day.
The target audience includes physicians, pharmacists, oncology nurse navigators, administrators, care coordinators, advanced practice nurses, fellows, medical students, nursing students, patient navigators, community health workers, case managers, social workers, patient advocates, community ambassadors, lay health advisors, community educators, peer supporters, and lay volunteer patient navigators.
Early registration is encouraged. The program fee is $10, which includes breakfast and lunch.
