Join Duke Campus Club on Tuedsay, Jan. 8, for a tour of Duke University’s Rubenstein Arts Center (2020 Campus Drive, Durham).
The newly opened 70,000-square-foot center for the performing and visual arts helps enhance and sustain the creative arts culture at the university. The Ruby, as it is affectionately known, houses a performance theater, film screening studio, art gallery, exhibition hall, classrooms and more. It is also home to the programs in Dance and the Arts of the Moving Image, as well as WXDU 88.7 FM, Duke’s student-run radio station.
Come explore this remarkable facility and find out why it is Duke’s new crown jewel. The tour is free for Duke Campus Club members, with an optional box lunch to follow for $14. Registrations are due by Friday, Jan. 4. To register, visit dukecampusclub.com or contact Susan.
Duke Campus Club connects Duke University-affiliated women who are alumnae, OLLI participants, graduate students, trustees, volunteers, faculty, and university and health system staff, as well as Duke affiliates’ spouses/partners and family members. For more information, visit dukecampusclub.com.
