Duke Cancer Institute, through its Quality Training Program, is hosting its final 2018 healthcare quality improvement training session — "Report Out" — on Thursday, Dec. 6.

The program is open to all Duke Cancer Center team members, including front desk staff, registration staff, nurses, physician assistants and nurse practitioners, physicians, and administrators.

The Quality Training Program helps ensure employees remain engaged in quality improvement. It is designed for up to five teams of three to five people. Participants are required to attend five in-person sessions with individual team coaching in between each session. Sessions will take place every 4 weeks and last 45 minutes to an hour. Teams will have access to an interactive web-based tool to practice identifying, measuring and implementing improvements.

The session will be held at Duke Medicine Pavilion, Room 2W93, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. For more information or questions, contact Tisha Broyles at 919.668.6551.
