Quarantined Mail

MIA?

Oops! Missing your Duke Cancer Institute faculty & staff e-newsletters?After some detective work, it has been discovered that in some cases newsletters, and possibly other valuable correspondences, are ending up in OIT Quarantine folders—not to be confused with Junk folders associated with Outlook.

If your missing newsletter has been sent to your Quarantine folder, you will never see it—that is unless you log onto
https://quarantine.oit.duke.edu/euweb/login
Once there, look for your email/newsletter from Duke Cancer Institute and click on the box beside the email. Then click the NOT SPAM, ALLOW SENDER and RELEASE buttons, which are located at the very top of the Quarantine folder. This will send the newsletter back to Outlook and, hopefully, prevent this pesky diversion from happening again.
