Our mission depends on you. Your support gives patients and their families the support they need. We believe quality, comprehensive cancer care involves attending to issues beyond the scope of traditional approaches to medicine. We are committed to treating the whole person, not just their cancer. Every contribution makes a tremendous impact on the lives of our patients.

This is cancer care as it should be, and the success of our mission depends on your support.

All donations to the Duke Cancer Patient Support Program supports our mission to treating the whole person, not just their cancer. That care extends to family and a patient’s support network because we know cancer touches the lives of those surrounding you. As a testament to our values, and with your partnership vital cancer support services are provided at no additional charge to the patient or their family. Your gift provides us with at-the-ready resources to support ourpatients and their loved ones.

Tribute and Memorial Giving
At Duke, we think anyone who is committed to fighting cancer every day should be honored. Whether it is your doctor, your nurse, a family member, or a dear friend, making a gift to Duke Cancer Institute in their honor, or in memory of a loved one, is a great way show that you are grateful for the work they do and honors their legacy. A memorial gift is a special way to honor someone’s life while ensuring that others in our community have access to compassionate care and support when it is needed most. Honorary and memorial gifts made in support of the Duke Cancer Patient Support Program is a wonderful tribute for your friend or family member.

Host or Participate in an Event
Every year, the Duke Cancer Patient Support Program and individuals who have been impacted by cancer host a number of events to increase awareness and support for the Duke Cancer Patient Support Program. Doctors, patients and members of the community get their families and friends together to run a race or play a round of golf, all while sponsoring and supporting the Duke Cancer Patient Support Program. Host your own event or find the one that is most meaningful to you! To learn more about Duke Cancer Patient Support Program annual events, visit ADD LINK
