Associate Professor of Medicine

Overview

I am an endocrinologist with a special interest in reproductive health and thyroid disorders, including thyroid cancer. I’m ECNU certified in thyroid ultrasound and biopsies, which allows me to provide specialized care in diagnosing and managing thyroid conditions.

I pride myself on being an attentive listener and making sure my patients feel heard and supported. Building trusting, long-term relationships with my patients is essential to me, and I believe that a collaborative approach to care is the key to the best outcomes.

My passion for preventive care led me to pursue a Master’s in Public Health, where I gained a deeper understanding of how to address health from a proactive, whole-person perspective. I love that endocrinology combines the management of chronic conditions with the diagnostic challenges of hormone imbalances—especially since hormones influence so much of the body’s function.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two children, and our dog. I also enjoy staying active, whether it’s through cycling, yoga, pilates, or dancing. These activities help me maintain balance in my own life and keep me energized in both my personal and professional worlds.
