Stephanie Lipscomb, of Greenville, South Carolina, was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma (brain tumor) in 2011. Stephanie's cancer went into remission after she received an experimental poliovirus therapy, She worked as a pediatric oncology nurse.

Here, she enjoys a Fall hike with her boyfriend Matthew Hopper atop Caesars Head State Park, SC.
